When do I pay?
After we confirm your slot. You'll get a secure payment link by WhatsApp or email — pay it and you're booked. Never cash, never on the day.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The price you see at booking is the price you pay — VAT included. If your flat needs more time than expected, that's on us, not you.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 48 hours on the same WhatsApp chat — we'll sort it out directly with you.
Do I need to be home?
No — most clients aren't. Leave key instructions in the confirmation chat and we'll take it from there.
Can I cancel or move my booking?
